Gain all the knowledge and skills required to set up a private medical weight loss service. Each module is conveniently recorded separately, allowing you to study in ‘bite-size’ chunks at your own pace, and from any device anywhere in the world (with internet access).

• Module 1 : The epidemiology and physiology of obesity
• Module 2 : The fat cell, metabolism and appetite regulation
• Module 3 : Weight loss interventions (excluding Pharmacotherapy)
• Module 4a : Pharmacotherapy, including Phentermine, Orlistat, Mysimba and Liraglutide (Saxenda)
• Module 4b :Semaglutide – (Wegovy)
• Module 4c : Tirzepatide – (Mounjaro)
• Module 5 : Setting up a medical weight management clinic

The Training

Once you have purchased the training, you will receive a number of emails with the following subject titles:

Pre training

• 1) Welcome, New Certified Partner : This contains a list of steps you need to take in order to receive your training, including your NDA
• 2) Your “to do” list: This contains a list of the things you should do in order to set up your service
• 3) Links to the training webinars and course assessments : This has the links for your training and assessments. Your 30-day access starts when this email is generated and sent. Training could be completed in a single day if you set protected study time aside, however, if you do not complete your training within the allocated time, you can pay an additional £100 to extend this time for a further 30-days.

Post training – once you have informed us that your have successfully completed your training and assessments

• 4) Training Certificates : These are sent when you tell us that you have successfully completed the course and all module assessments
• 5) Links to Dropbox & Private Facebook Group : This has the links for you to access the Dropbox folder and a link to request to join the closed Facebook group. These groups are for registered healthcare professionals only
• 6) PLEASE DO NOT LOSE THIS EMAIL : This contains the link to your unique consultation form for your patients – This does NOT apply to additional staff members
